The Ace Manufacturing HR20M000-94W headache rack for semi truck applications is an ultra wide 94 inch aluminum cab guard engineered to provide increased rear cab protection while accommodating hydraulic system installations. Built on the proven HR2 series platform, this tractor trailer headache rack features a full 5 foot tall aluminum backboard for enhanced coverage compared to standard-height racks.
This semi truck aluminum headache rack is designed with a dedicated cutout that allows a hydraulic tank and cradle to be mounted directly behind the cab. One image shows the hydraulic tank and cradle installed to demonstrate intended use; hydraulic tank and cradle are sold separately. Constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum checker plate, the HR20M000-94W is ideal for vocational, logging, and heavy duty truck applications. A compatible mounting kit is required and must be purchased separately. Recommended options are the UHD4X15 (aka HR01-15) or UB4X18 universal U-bolt mount kit.
