The Ace Manufacturing HR26000R / HR27000R headache rack for semi truck applications is a heavy duty aluminum cab guard designed to combine rear cab protection with integrated open storage. Instead of trays or a lockable cabinet, these models use recessed storage pockets built directly into the backboard, giving drivers fast access to commonly used gear.

Choose the configuration that best fits your workflow: the HR27000R includes a single recessed center pocket, while the HR26000R includes three recessed pockets (left, center, and right) for more organized storage space. Both are built from corrosion-resistant aluminum checker plate for long-term use in vocational and fleet environments. A compatible mounting kit is required and must be purchased separately. Recommended options are the UHD4X15 (aka HR01-15) or UB4X18 universal U-bolt mount kit.
