The Ace Manufacturing HR200000 / HR20002J headache rack for semi truck applications features a full 5 foot tall headache rack plate designed for superior rear cab protection in highway, vocational, and fleet environments. This tractor trailer headache rack model is built with a one-piece D-tube perimeter, 6" structural I-beams, and a durable checker plate finish to withstand daily use.

Two configurations are available: the HR200000 includes a plain checker plate backboard, and the HR20002J adds a jailbar window opening for improved rear visibility. A compatible mounting kit is required for installation and is not included. Recommended options are the UHD4X15 (aka HR01-15) or UB4X18 universal U-bolt mount kit.
