The Ace Manufacturing HR200000-94W headache rack for semi truck applications is an ultra-wide 94" aluminum cab guard built on the proven HR2 series design. All HR2 series headache racks feature a full 5 foot tall rack plate, providing increased rear cab protection compared to shorter standard racks.

Designed as a heavy duty tractor trailer headache rack, this model helps protect the cab from shifting cargo while delivering broad coverage for wide cab configurations. Constructed from corrosion-resistant checker plate aluminum, the HR200000-94W is a semi truck aluminum headache rack suited for demanding fleet, vocational, and highway use. A compatible mounting kit is required and sold separately. Recommended options are the UHD4X15 (aka HR01-15) or UB4X18 universal U-bolt mount kit.
