The Ace Manufacturing HR15M000 headache rack for semi truck applications is a heavy duty aluminum cab guard engineered for trucks equipped with larger hydraulic systems. This model features a centered hydraulic tank cutout designed exclusively for Ace Manufacturing 60–70 gallon hydraulic tanks, allowing proper clearance while maintaining dependable rear cab protection. Dual low-mounted storage trays provide convenient space for tools, straps, and securement gear without interfering with hydraulic components.

Built with a 4 foot tall aluminum backboard, the HR15M000 delivers effective cab protection in a compact profile ideal for vocational use. Constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum checker plate, this tractor trailer headache rack is well suited for dump trucks, end dumps, and other hydraulic-equipped applications. Compatible Ace Manufacturing hydraulic tanks are sold separately, and a compatible mounting kit is required for installation. Recommended options are the UHD4X15 (aka HR01-15) or UB4X18 universal U-bolt mount kit.
