Please be aware that for orders that ship via our free shipping carriers; we do our best to match the delivery estimates provided by the carriers, however the estimates provided on the product page and check out page for our "Standard", "Free Shipping", and/or "Economy" methods are an estimate and not a guarentee.
UPS Next Day Air (Cut-Off 3PM) - Shipping Method
Our Next Business Day Delivery shipping method can be marked by the tag "UPS Next Day Air (Cut-Off 3PM)" on the check out page. The shipping services available in this catagory can be shipped via any of the following carriers UPS Next Day Air. UPS Next Day Air is a service that delivers nationwide the next business day, Monday - Friday respectively. For orders that are placed during the weekend, Friday 3pm - Sunday 12pm via UPS next day air; The order placed during this time period will ship out the next day of business operation. For any Next Day Air orders placed anytime from Thursday 3pm - Friday 3pm, please note that the order would be delivered the following business day, Monday - Friday. In conjunction with our signature requirement policy for orders that fall under our "Signature Requirement Policy" guidelines, for orders placed under "UPS Next Day Air (Cut-Off 3PM)"; the order will still need the customer and/or recipient to sign for the package upon arrival. On our website it is at our discrection to which orders will be required upon delivery to be signed for. However generally signature will only be required on orders that match but are not limited too any of the following bullet points

Shipping Issues & Claims
In the event that your parcel is lost, delayed, mis-delivered, or shipped to the wrong address due to a improper address being entered by the customer, it is required that a claim be filed with the carrier to initiate a refund or resolution. Please note that while our business will assist in filing the claim on your behalf, the claim process is handled directly by the carrier, and any refund or compensation will be subject to their investigation and policies.
During the claim process, which can take several days or longer, we are unable to offer any immediate refunds or replacements. We appreciate your understanding and patience as the carrier works through the claim.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct address is provided at checkout, and any issues arising from incorrect address information entered during the order process are also subject to a claim being filed with the carrier for resolution.
