Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original box, with factory seal unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item is out of the original packaging, you may still be eligible for a return if your item is defective upon arrival you are eligible for a prepaid return label.
In the event a Non-Electrical part is returned damaged, outside of it's original packaging, or not returned in it's original condition your order may be subject to a 20% - 100% restocking fee. This fee is determined by the utsparts.com team after return examination.
In the event an Electrical part is returned damaged, outside of it's original packaging, broken factory seal or not returned in it's original condition your order is considered outside of our return policy and will not be eligible for refund. In this instance utsparts.com will contact the buyer and inform them that the product is not eligible for return and attempt to return the product back to the buyer. The return shipping back to buyers in this circumstance must be paid by the buyer.
If the item after examination by our team is in proper working condition, the cost of the prepaid return label is subject to deduction from your refund total.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Free 30 Day Returns
Return window and prepaid label eligibility vary from product to product. If the product has a label marked "Free 30 Day Returns" then it is eligible for a prepaid return label for any return reason if the product is returned in it's original condition and requested for return within 30 days of delivery based on the associated orders tracking number delivered date. In order to be eligable for a return label your return must be shipped from the same zip code as it was sent. For orders that have been shipped outside of the continental United States of America, the order will be ineligable for a free prepaid label.
30 Day Returns
If the product has a label marked "30 Day Returns" then it is not eligible for a prepaid return label and is eligible for return as long as an RMA is requested from Utsparts.com within 30 days of the the associated orders tracking number delivered date. For orders marked with "30 Day Returns", the return shipping cost and label purchasing is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Electrical parts cannot be returned if the manufacturers packaging has been opened. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If your item is out of the original package and you would still like to return, please reach out to help@universaltruckservice.com. If the item is out of the original packaging a restocking fee up to 50% may be deducted from your refund. Universal Truck Service LLC has the right to reject and return that is not in the original packaging.
Some items are not eligible for return without authorization from universal truck service LLC. If your item arrived by freight truck please reach out to customerservice@universaltruckshop.com for return eligibility. Items delivered by freight truck or over $1000 are subject to a restocking fee up to 50%.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not in accordance with our Returns Policy. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days of the returned parcels delivery date. You may not see the refund posted to your credit card statement immediately there after as it can take anywhere from 1-5 business days to show up on the credit card statement

At utsparts.com, we take great pride in the quality of the products we sell. All products sold on our website come with a warranty from the manufacturer. The length and terms of the warranty may vary depending on the product and the manufacturer.
All products on utsparts.com come with a 1 year warranty minimum from the manufacturer. Some products for example the Skelstart engine start module have a warranty that is longer than the minimum one year. Most of our products have a banner on the page with the warranty info.
The warranty period begins the day that the tracking number for the corresponding order for the product shows as delivered.
The warranty process may vary depending on the product. The parts manufacturers preferred method of warranty procedure will determain how the warranty will be handled. In some cases utsparts.com will work with the manufacturer directly to file the warranty for the customer then issue a refund or replacement back to the buyer if the manufacturer determains that the product meets the manufacturers standards for a warrantiable product. In other cases the buyer will need to work with the manufacturer directly to file the warranty. This will vary manufacturer to manufacturer, we recommend reaching out to our team if you want to check which catagory your product falls into.
Please note that the warranty will be void if the product is damaged due to improper use or installation, or if the product is modified or tampered with in any way.

Shipping Issues & Claims
In the event that your parcel is lost, delayed, mis-delivered, or shipped to the wrong address due to a improper address being entered by the customer, it is required that a claim be filed with the carrier to initiate a refund or resolution. Please note that while our business will assist in filing the claim on your behalf, the claim process is handled directly by the carrier, and any refund or compensation will be subject to their investigation and policies.
During the claim process, which can take several days or longer, we are unable to offer any immediate refunds or replacements. We appreciate your understanding and patience as the carrier works through the claim.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct address is provided at checkout, and any issues arising from incorrect address information entered during the order process are also subject to a claim being filed with the carrier for resolution.
