The Ace Manufacturing HR12M03J headache rack is a heavy-duty aluminum cab guard engineered for semi trucks running 60 or 70 gallon Ace Manufacturing hydraulic tanks. This model is designed with a centered hydraulic tank cutout area, allowing proper clearance and fitment when paired with compatible Ace Manufacturing tanks (sold separately).

This semi truck headache rack features dual low-mounted storage trays, providing organized storage for tools, chains, and gear without interfering with hydraulic tank placement. Two integrated tire chain hanger mounts allow operators to securely store chains while keeping them easily accessible.

The jailbar window opening improves rear visibility while maintaining strong cab protection. Built from corrosion-resistant aluminum checker plate, the HR12M03J is ideal for vocational and heavy-duty trucking applications where hydraulic systems are required. A compatible mounting kit is required and must be purchased separately. Recommended options are the UHD4X15 (aka HR01-15) or UB4X18 universal U-bolt mount kit.
