The Ace Manufacturing HR15 series headache racks are purpose-built aluminum cab guards designed for semi truck applications requiring hydraulic tank mounting. All HR15 models feature dual low-mounted storage trays that create clearance for hydraulic tank installation while maintaining rear cab protection. Each rack includes a window opening to improve rear visibility and a durable aluminum checker plate backboard for long-term service in demanding vocational environments.

The HR15S03J supports Ace Manufacturing 40 or 50 gallon hydraulic tanks, the HR15M03J is designed for 60 or 70 gallon hydraulic tanks, and the HR15T06J accommodates 80 gallon hydraulic tanks with a higher window placement to allow additional clearance for taller tanks.
