The Ace Manufacturing HR200400 / HR20035J headache rack for semi truck applications combines durable aluminum cab protection with integrated rear lighting for improved on-road visibility. Built on the HR20 series platform, this tractor trailer headache rack features a full 5 foot tall aluminum backboard, offering increased protection compared to shorter rack designs.

Two configurations are available. The HR200400 includes a solid aluminum backboard with integrated marker and brake lights, while the HR20035J adds a jailbar window to improve rearward visibility while retaining the same lighting configuration. Both versions are constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum checker plate and are designed for demanding highway and vocational use. A compatible mounting kit is required and must be purchased separately. Recommended options are the UHD4X15 (aka HR01-15) or UB4X18 universal U-bolt mount kit.
