The Ace Manufacturing HR25 series headache rack for semi truck applications is a heavy duty aluminum cab guard designed to balance rear cab protection with practical, easy-access storage. While similar to the HR22 series in that it includes dual tire chain hangers mounted near the top of the rack, the HR25 series is differentiated by its two separate storage trays positioned lower on the rack, closer to frame height.

This lower tray placement improves accessibility from ground level and keeps stored weight lower behind the cab. Built with a full 5 foot tall aluminum backboard, the HR25 series delivers dependable cab protection while offering organized storage for chains, binders, straps, and securement equipment. Constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum checker plate, this tractor trailer headache rack is well suited for highway and vocational use. A compatible mounting kit is required and must be purchased separately. Recommended options are the UHD4X15 (aka HR01-15) or UB4X18 universal U-bolt mount kit.
